I’ve been thinking (and playing a lot of Forza 6) lately, what if Oppo had it’s own racing game?
The idea mainly comes from an in-development game connected to the Internet Game Car Database, called !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .
If you haven’t heard about this, I think many of you here might be pleasantly surprised.
But, unlike that game, which is a top-down racer, I’ve got something else in mind.
A full-on racing sim (like GT, Forza, Project Cars, Asseto Corsa, etc.) that includes cars and tracks based on suggestions from those here on OppositeLock...Oppo Motor Collection, or Oppo Motorsport...whichever works best.
The idea is to gather up tracks and cars that could be added to this hypothetical, fictional game.
Pretty much any car or track is welcome, you can even use Google Maps to create your own fictional street circuit anywhere in the world.
But, I have some limitations.
1: Maximum of 5 cars per suggestion response.
2: Maximum of 5 race tracks + 1 fictional circuit per suggestion response.
3: Cars have to be ones that exist in real life/existed in real life, whether production, race, or concept (A fictional car from a video game wouldn’t be allowed, but something like the Chrysler Norseman would be allowed.).
There’s not really any limits aas to how many suggestion posts you can make, but I’d prefer if you don’t simply cram the replies with TONS of suggestions. Everyone needs their fair chance to be heard/read.
To start, I’ll give 5 of my own personal suggestions for cars and tracks:
Cars:
1. 2015 Aston Martin Vulcan
2. 1985 Nissan MID4 Concept
3. 1988 Subaru Alcyone VX
4. 2001 Ford Forty-Nine Concept
5. 2001 Nissan Frontier SC (supercharged) Crew Cab
Tracks:
1. Autopolis (Kamitsue, ita, Japan)
2. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course (Lexington, Ohio)
3. Donington Park (North West Leicestershire, Leicestershire, England)
4. Phillip Island Motorsports Park (Phillip Island, Victoria, Australia)
5. Exhibition Place (Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
Feel free to put your suggestions below, and let’s see what we can come up with. Even if we can’t really make our own game, it can be a lot of fun to imagine if we could.

Awesome selection of cars and tracks, especially Pacific Raceways.
I love how part of the track actually diverts AWAY from pit road and onto the drag strip.
The fact that part of the track is on the drag strip puts it into a category along with ones like Sonoma and Hockenheimring.

I like this selection. The SM is highly underappreciated, the original ZL-1 is a must have, and the other three are also must haves.
Mosport is one of the tracks I’ve always wanted to see in a game, Watkins Glen needs more appearances since it’s rarely appeared outside of a NASCAR game until FM6, Brooklands should appear in both it’s original form and expected restoration form, I assume when you say Monterey, you mean the Pebble Beach Roac Races, and I assume Mille Miglia, whether classic or modern, would have to be split up into segments.

Thanks! Yeah I think a digital SM would be a lot of fun. And I meant the Pebble beach course, yes. I actually derped and typed Mille Miglia when I meant Targa Florio. Though either would be fun to drive!

Targa Florio, in either of it’s forms, would be spectacular!
